How I lead
I believe leadership is mostly showing up. I show up prepared, I show up honest, and I show up for the people on my team when it is not convenient. I expect the same from them.
I do not build with hype. I build with a clear system, real accountability, and a lot of reps. The people who grow on my team are the ones who do the work consistently, and my job is to make sure the work is worth doing.
Faith and family come first here too. I will never ask you to trade your marriage or your kids for a number. I will ask you to be disciplined with the hours you do give.
Culture is what you tolerate. I tolerate effort, honesty, and growth.

You do not need a finance background. You need character, a work ethic, and a willingness to learn in front of other people. If that is you, I want to talk.
